Helped Us Meet Goals
Bob Clarkson is co-owner of FatCat Lacrosse. Like a lot of entrepreneurs, Bob and his partner Stacy Faulkner launched their new
venture on the side while continuing their day jobs. As a college admissions officer, Bob understands the role of branding and image
in recruiting good candidates. After hours, Bob approaches his off-season lacrosse business with the same level of professionalism,
but with a much smaller marketing budget. "When we started FatCat Lacrosse, we knew we wanted to present ourselves with a high level
of quality and character," says Bob. "The first step is to look the part. We sought out Jim at The W Group to help us with the creative work
and production of flyers, posters and Web site design. We were not disappointed. We all sat down and designed the colors, layout and
content from A - Z." Bob proudly notes, "In our first year, we had over 600 athletes play in our winter lacrosse league. The W Group
helped us meet our recruitment goals and we had a very successful first season."
